“Basic, repetitive duties and simple managerial decisions can become more simple, more efficient and more accurate using office automation software. Data can be generated and analyzed by a human resource only if needed. Automation is not supplanting humans with computers and machines. It’s about eradicating stagnant processes that workers employ daily, so as to improve performance and efficiency.”
